General Rules

• All participants are to be present and ready to perform no later than 6:00pm on Friday. 
• You will be able to set up as early as 5:00 pm on Friday (We highly recommend that you set up early).
• IF you or your group is unable to perform, please inform us at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  This will give us the opportunity to allow another group or individual to perform.

Rain Policy
Rain or shine, the festival will go on.
